General

Error No: #0x001001
Description: No video device found
Solution:  1. Check if you have video device connected to your PC.
2. Check if drivers for this device were successfully installed.

Installation Errors

Error No: #0x002001
Description: Module C:\Program Files\SGS HomeGuard\Video Source.dll failed to register HRESULT-2147024894 contact support.
Solution:  1. Check if you have .NET Framework 2.0 or later installed on your machine.
2. Install .NET Framework 2.0 or later if it is not installed.

Error No: #0x002002
Description: Message: class not registered
Solution:  1. Right-click the installation file.
2. Choose "Run as administrator" from the context menu.
3. Press 'OK' button in conform dialog box.
4. Continue the installation.

Run-time Errors

Error No: #0x003001
Description: Detection/Watch Mode works, but video file not recorded
Solution:  1. Check you have write permissions to selected History folder. To change it, open Tools -> Options and browse appropriate directory.
2. Check Log File to see if any error occurred while running the program.
3. Change currently selected codec with another. to do this, open Tools -> Options and select another codec from Video compressor dropdown box.
